✦ PLACE ORDER AND PAYMENT
If you’d like to place an order, please send me a message with all the necessary information.
Once the order is accepted and paid, I’ll provide you with the estimated waiting time (approximately 1–3 weeks).
Payment is upfront via bank transfer (Mexico only) or PayPal.
No work will begin until full payment is received.✦ WORK PROCESS & DELIVERY TIME
The process includes: sketch → revision → final version.
Up to 2 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional changes will have an extra cost.
Once the final design is approved, no further changes will be accepted without an additional fee.
Delivery time is 1–3 weeks depending on the waiting list and commission complexity.
If you need urgent work, an express fee may apply.✦ REFUND
No refunds are given once the work has started.
If for any reason I’m unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.✦ RIGHTS
⭑ Emotes are intended for personal use (Twitch, Discord, etc.).
⭑ For commercial use (merch, NFTs, prints, etc.), an additional licensing fee must be discussed.
⭑ Whenever possible, I appreciate being credited as the artist (@Pyxi Studio).
⭑ Claiming the emotes as your own or editing them without permission is not allowed.
⭑ I reserve the right to publish the emotes in my portfolio or social media (unless otherwise agreed).
⭑ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
